Renovation of a medical facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County Board of Directors (the Owner) is receiving sealed proposals for project to update and renovate the laundry facility in the hospital. The work consists of establishing new steam heated dryers with intake plenum and centrifugal lint filter equipment, replacement of existing washer/extractors and steam heated ironer in place, along with HVAC, electrical and general trades required to support the equipment updates. Laundry equipment including new washer/extractors, ironer, dryers, lint filter and ancillary equipment will be Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI). Upon request, ST+B Engineering will provide a hyperlink by email with direct access to the host pages. Requests shall be sent to Bill Groves (bgroves@stb.engineering). Digital copies of the documents shall be acquired via online. The owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all response criteria and qualifications or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Selections will be based on Response to criteria requested in the RFP including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, bonding rate, margins, and proposed fees. Bid tabulation will be provided to all bidders not later than July 1st.
