Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for the design build of the CTE (Greene Building) located at 3037 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Site walk-throughs must be scheduled through the Facility Office prior to submitting the RFQ. Successful firms must provide a 10% Bid Bond (or equivalent security). Preference is given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq. The selected firm must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Owner reserves the privilege to reject any or all RFQ proposals or to waive any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. Submit sealed RFQ proposals marked as specified in the bidding specifications on the outside of the envelope. RFQs must be received no later than 2:00 pm on June 4th, 2026. RFQs will not be accepted after this date and time. The RFQs will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the Boardroom, located at the Central Administration Building, 3550 Foothill Blvd, Rock Springs, WY 82901, and will then be reviewed before awarded.
