This does not include glass in "A" configurations at the top of the individual step/landing/roof structures Window count is approximately 139 - 4'x 4' units, 276 - 2'x 2' units, 69 - 30"x 60" vertical roof units. Contractor will field verify physical counts and dimensions Replace all fasteners on cladding Replace all stripping, moldings and applicable caulking to create a permanent water tight seal Tint pattern will follow existing model currently installed in Atrium which are listed below Dark Bronze/LOE - 1" OA TEMP LT Bronze/LOE- 1" OA TEMP Winning contractor will provide samples of products to field verify and approve colors, tints and materials before project execution. Access control and site conditions Contractor shall maintain safe and secure site for employees, faculty, patrons and students at all times. Hazards shall be secured and mitigated to insure a safe environment at all times. Contractor, sub-contractors and employees will comply with college code of conduct at all times. Parking and access will be coordinated with college Facilities Department. Contractor will provide dust, airborne particle and noxious odors containment and controls at all times Coordination: Weekly meetings or as needed with Western Wyoming Facility Department to coordinate. Contractor will need to be flexible due to the high traffic usage in the work area. Equipment: Contractor will need to supply and furnish all lift's, scaffolding, hoists and other specialty equipment for project. Western will not provide tools or equipment. Disposal Contractor will remove and dispose spoils off site at approved/legal disposal locations. Dumpsters and disposal methodology is contractor's responsibility.
