Sweetwater County School District Number One is soliciting bids for the maintenance of select areas of its grounds, throughout the District. The scope of work includes mowing and trimming every ten days, aeration and fertilizing prior to the start of the mowing season, cleaning up mowing debris, and identifying sprinkler repairs throughout the season. Work is to be performed from June 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a line item format. Interested parties are required to submit a resume of past projects, a list of current projects, and a certificate of insurance. Bidders must submit written, sealed proposals marked “Sweetwater County School District Number One Grounds Maintenance” with the name of the company on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be received by 2 p.m. on March 25, 2026. Electronic bids will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding.
