Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming is seeking proposals from qualified construction companies for the full renovation of the entire Area E office suite within the existing 2,500 gross sq. ft. office suite, as well as the construction of a 250 gsf exterior canopy. Services will include general building and site construction for the facility. The project consists of major renovation within the existing Area E office suite to improve functionality and upgrade sewer lines within the building. The existing walls and finishes within the existing suite will be removed and replaced for new office suite configuration, as well as provide upgrade sewer lines. Site development includes an entry canopy with lighting allowing for a designated entrance to this portion of the facility with weather protection. Five hard copies and one electronic copy of the proposal are required. Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its sole discretion.
