Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The work consists of an asphalt overlay and miscellaneous work on city streets for the City of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Specifications are available at the Mayor’s Office or may be accessed on the City website. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to enter into a contract with the City within ten days of award notification. All contractors and subcontractors must register and comply with the System for Award Management (SAM) for debarment verification, and proof of non-debarment must be submitted with the bid. Bids will be reviewed and may be awarded to the lowest and most responsible bidder, with preference to resident bidders under certain statutory conditions. The City Council may reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Bids must be clearly marked with the project and contractor details. No bids may be withdrawn for thirty days or until a contract is signed by the successful bidder.
