Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete construction and commissioning of the Century West Spray Park at Century West Park in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Instructions to bidders include the requirement to submit sealed bids, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, which will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after notification of award. All bids must be marked on the exterior with the project name and the contractor's name and address. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract.
