Contract No. 2 - Greenbrier County Library HVAC Equipment Replacement Construction time limit is 180 calendar days . Bids for each contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid to ensure the execution of the contract. In the case the Bid is not accepted, the check or Bid Bond will be returned to the Bidder. In the case the Bid is accepted and the Bidder refuses or neglects to enter into a contract with the Owner within ten (10) days of the date of the Notice of Award, the said check or Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages for the failure to do so. Award is subject to final approval.
