City of Monroe Monroe, Washington Notice to Consultants for Construction Management/Inspection Services North Kelsey St. Overlay Project RFQ 2026-02 the City of Monroe is Soliciting Interest From Consulting Firms With Expertise in Construction Inspection Services for the North Kelsey St. Overlay Project. This Agreement is Expected to Be Awarded in August and Will Be for Approximately 60 Working Days in Duration With the Option for the City of Monroe to Extend It for Additional Time and Money if Necessary. A Federal Grant Has Been Obtained to Help Pay for This Project. Compliance With Federal Requirements and Fhwa Compliance Must Be Observed for a Successful Project Management Review (Pmr). This Contract Will Be Cost Plus Fixed Fee. Federally Funded Projects Will Be Held to Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements. The Project Will Include Evening and Night Work for the Grinding and Paving Operations of the Project. Engineers Estimate for This Project is $1,137,520.20. Construction is Expected to Begin September 2026. There Are 60 Working Days. Qualifications Applicants Will Be Evaluated Based on Key Personnel, Firm Experience, Ability to Meet Schedule, Past Performance, in-house Expertise, Familiarity With Wsdot/Fhwa Standards and Fsbe Approach and Commitment. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
