Exterior campus signage and wayfinding services are required for the Southern Nevada VA Healthcare System to support navigation and improve accessibility across the campus. Work includes the design, fabrication, and installation of exterior signage and wayfinding elements, ensuring clear, consistent, and compliant guidance for patients, staff, and visitors throughout the medical center grounds. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a cohesive signage system that meets applicable standards and enhances overall campus usability. The estimated construction contract value for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Installation shall commence within 45 working days (approximately six weeks) of contract award, following the project kick-off meeting or upon written waiver by the Contracting Officer. The on-site installation work must be completed within 20 calendar days from the start of installation activities.
