Renovation of a detention facility in Only, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Smoke control fan replacement and installation of firefighter smoke control panels (FSCP) in the four MSA buildings, BAS integration of new HVAC equipment serving MSA buildings, new fans, and new controls for existing HVAC equipment serving MSA buildings. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the work described. Bid documents may be obtained electronically or as hard copies from the Designer in accordance with instructions. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security are required. Non-discrimination policy applies. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. TFM#02411-AA,AB,I,J,K,L,Q,X The Deadline for submitting questions or requests for clarification is July 8, 2026 by 2:00 pm.
