Summary Details It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") to establish prequalified rosters of Prime Consultants and Architects. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Proponents to submit responses to participate in "Prequalified Rosters" for two distinct streams for Various Housing Projects across the Province of British Columbia, as and when required, as further described in Appendix A - Statement of Requirements. Main Stream - Prime Consultants and Architectural Services: This stream is intended for qualified architectural firms and prime consultants capable of delivering general architectural and consulting services for a variety of housing project types, under RAIC-based contractual arrangements, as and when required. Sub-Stream - Digitally Accelerated Standardized Housing (DASH): This sub-stream is intended for firms with demonstrated experience and capability to deliver projects using BIM-based design coordination, standardized blueprints and kit-of-parts adaptation, and prefabrication-oriented design development. Firms may apply to the DASH sub-stream in addition to, or independent of, the Main Stream, provided they meet the applicable qualifications. This process involves two stages, beginning with this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ). Only Proponents who successfully prequalify will be placed on the list of "Prequalified Proponents" and invited to participate in Stage Two solicitations for any new potential opportunities.
