Work of this Contract consists of, but not necessarily limited to: .1 Prime Contractor coordination. .2 Patching, Protection of heritage surfaces, etc. .3 Disconnection and removal of existing 120 Ton airstack water to air heat pumps. .4 Supply and installation of three new 35 Ton air to water heat pumps. .5 Modifying/Adding/Deleting DDC points and upgrading DDC panel as required for new heat pumps. .6 Disconnect and remove existing heat pump circulating pumps outdoors. Provide new circulating pumps in crawlspace. Connect to existing piping as shown. .7 Install new piping outdoors to new units c/w insulation and recovery jacket. .8 Provide new 100mm thick concrete housekeeping pad to existing pad to suit larger footprint of new heat pumps. .9 All electrical work associated with demolition and new work noted in this summary of work section. .10 Commissioning of newly installed heat pumps and circulating pumps.
