Sealed bids are invited for the roof replacement at Shadywood Village, Perkasie, Pennsylvania. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof covering on eight (8) apartment buildings and one (1) community building asindicated in the Specifications and on the Drawings. The Work shall include replacement of the aluminum rainwater gutters and leaders. The Work shall also include removal, salvage, and reinstallation of existing snow guards in their original locations. The Contractor shall be responsible for working around existing electrical service and wiringcomponents. Wall mounted wiring, conduit, and other appurtenances shall be protected from damage during roofing installation. Restore any adjacent components damaged during roofing installation work materials matching existing conditions.
