Renovation of an educational facility in Norton Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide and install 2-stage furnaces and 3-ton air conditioners to supply heating and cooling to a 4,000 sq. ft insulated building. Provide and install all fresh air ducts, air filter systems, return ducts, and supply ducts to the entire building, including the two restrooms. Provide and install WiFi-capable thermostats. Provide and install gas piping to the furnaces, refrigerant lines to the AC units, and proper PVC venting out the side of the building. Provide and install two 150 CFM exhaust fans in bathrooms. All work must be completed by a licensed contractor, and all permits must be pulled by the vendor. Cost of permits will be covered by the City. Bids must be submitted in the form of an invoice or official estimate, in a sealed envelope clearly marked as instructed. Evaluation will be based on total cost of equipment and installation, and availability of vendor services (time frame for completing the project). The City of Norton Shores reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Submission of a bid does not guarantee the award of the project.
