The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the installation of synthetic turf, including removal of existing materials, preparation of the sub-base, and furnishing and installing turf system components in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer's specifications. Paper bids must be submitted in person; electronic, fax, and late bids will not be accepted. All bids must use the provided forms, be submitted in sealed envelopes with complete contractor information, and be signed in permanent ink. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery of their bids. Each bidder is required to visit the worksite and become fully acquainted with the conditions and contract requirements. Any corrections on the bid form must be authenticated by the bidder's signature. Bids cannot be withdrawn for ninety days after opening. A ten percent (10%) bid bond, as well as one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bonds, are required. All contractors and subcontractors must be properly registered for public works under state law and comply with prevailing wage requirements. Bidders are advised to obtain all documents and register through the District's OpenGov portal to receive addenda and updates. Clarifications or corrections to documents will be issued only via written addenda. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
