Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The project generally consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of W. 11 th Street from J.F.K. Boulevard (C.R. 501) to Broadway, W. 18 th Street from J.F.K. Boulevard (C.R. 501) to Broadway, W. 31 st Street from its western terminus to Avenue C, 33 rd Street from Avenue A to Avenue E, W. 48 th Street from its western terminus to Avenue C, Plank Road from W. 48 th Street to W. 49 th Street, Abby Street from Plank Road to W. 49 th Street, W. 56 th Street from Avenue C to Broadway, Avenue E from Broadway to Veterans Court, as delineated on the contract drawings, including but not limited to Hot Mix Asphalt milling and/or pavement repairs, installation of new concrete curbs, sidewalk and ADA compliant curb ramps, installation of 2" thick Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course and 4" thick Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course, storm/sanitary sewer structure improvements, and related work within the City of Bayonne, and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Engineer. Every request for such interpretations should be in writing addressed to the Engineer at the address given in the Notice to Bidders (Advertisement) and to be given consideration must be received in accordance with the schedule listed in the Notice to Bidders. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be transmitted via fax or email, not later than seven (7) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
