Renovation of a municipal facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. Replacement of an air conditioner chiller pump. Documents are available at https://purchasing.brandon.ca/ SCOPE OF WORK A.1 City Hall is equipped with two (2) A/C chiller pumps that circulate cold water/glycol mixture that is used to cool the building. The City requires the replacement of one ( 1 ) A/C chiller pump. A.2 Disconnect, remove and dispose of the existing A/C chiller pump, expansion joint and associated Brook Electric Motors - K254T 15 horsepower motor . Refer to pictures for information on current pump and motor. A.3 Supply and install one (1 ) new Bell and Gosset pump. A.3.1 A.3.2 A.3.3 A.3.4 A/C chiller pump shall match specifications of the newly replaced pump. Refer to pictures for information on the pump specifications to be matched. Indicate year, make and model on the Bid Form. Bell and Gosset specifications: A.3.4.1 Size - e- 1510 SSFE 10.125 A.3.4.2 PEI - CL0.92 A.3.4.3 GPM - 333 A.3.4.4 FT - 95 A.3.4.5 HP -15 A.3.4.6 RPM - 1800 A.3.4.7 PH 3 A.3.4.8 V- 575 A.4 Supply and install a new 6" expansion joint before the valve. Bidders will be required to take their own measurements. A.5 Start up and test system
