Assiniboine College is undertaking the renovation of the former Heavy-Duty Shop at the Victoria Ave East Campus in Brandon, Mb. to accommodate the new MLT CLXT program, associated laboratories, and other multi-purpose instructional areas. The College will use its Campus Development department as construction manager and is seeking qualified Trade Contractors and Suppliers to provide fixed bid pricing for the following scopes of work: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, Rough & Finish Carpentry and Woodwork, Insulation and Vapour Barriers (except roofing works), Metal cladding and Furring, Roofing and flashings, Firestopping and Joint Sealants, Doors, Frames, and Hardware, Identification and related glass works, Aluminum Curtain walls, doors, glazing, and skylights, Interior systems, ceilings, and acoustic treatments, Ceramic tiling, Wood Flooring, Resilient Flooring and Carpets, Painting, Misc. Hardware: toilet partitions, bathroom hardware, wall corner protections, etc., Interior glazed partitions, Motorized window blinds, Laboratory Casework, Plumbing, Heating & HVAC, Fire protection, Electrical, Security, Audio-visual.
