Pre-cast foundations to be used where new foundation needs to go in the same spot as old foundation. Cutover work to be done on the day of turn on. SECTION II: Brandon, Detection Upgrades at 6th St at Richmond Ave. Underground work includes redirecting preexisting 38mm loop conduit into pole 6 and pulling in detection cable from cabinet to poles 6 (one cable) and 13 (one cable). Brandon, Detection Upgrades at 13th St at Richmond Ave. Underground work includes redirecting preexisting 38mm loop conduit into poles 5 and 10, and pulling in detection cable from cabinet to poles 5 (one cable) and 10 (one cable). SECTION III: Brandon, Detection Upgrades at 18th St at Kirkcaldy Dr. Underground work includes redirecting preexisting 38mm loop conduit into poles 8 and 13, and pulling in detection cable from cabinet to poles 8 (three cables) and 13 (three cables).
