Site work for a water / sewer project in Pelham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of Valleydale Terrace Water Main Replacement. The principal items and approximate quantities include +- 2,060 feet of 6" CL350 D.I. water main, 23 service reconnections, 2 fire hydrant assemblies, street resurfacing, and miscellaneous water main appurtenances. Prospective bidders may inspect plans and specifications at the Water Works of Pelham, AL, and documents will be available through Alabama Graphics Digital Planroom, with digital downloads and printed copies for purchase. All bidders must be responsible and meet the criteria and requirements set forth in the specification documents. Prequalification of bidders is not required. All parties involved should be familiar with Title 39 of the Alabama Code regarding public works projects. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty days from the date set for receipt of bids. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project.
