Sealed bids are invited for the Dickson City Borough Transportation Enhancement and Multimodal Revitalization - Phase 3 Project. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, and only registered bidders will be eligible to receive addenda. A mandatory pre-bid teleconference must be attended by contractors in order to be eligible. Bids must include a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities. Bids must be sent via trackable courier or hand delivered by the specified deadline, in sealed envelopes clearly marked for the project, and must include the Bid Form, Bid Bond, and all other required documents. Question Deadline 07/08/2026 Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The last day to submit any questions is 4:30 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Greenman-Pedersen, Inc (GPI) is administering the bidding on behalf of Dickson City Borough. If you have not obtained plans yet, plans can be obtained by emailing Sarah Booher at sbooher@gpinet.com.
