Leon County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Stormwater Engineering Services. The intent is to enter into agreements with multiple firms to meet anticipated needs for these services. The distribution of work among the awarded firms will be at the sole discretion of the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, based on what staff determines to be in the best interests of the County. The agreement period will be for three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods, for a possible total of five years. All professional services must be performed by professionals licensed in the State of Florida, in strict compliance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act, 287.055 F. S. (CCNA), and consultants must ensure compliance with these statutes at all times. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis for small projects primarily administered by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, although other County Divisions and Constitutional Offices may also request and administer services during the term of the agreement.
