This requirement is for the purchase of six (6) Poly/Wire Cassette Refills for Runway Snow Brooms. The contractor shall provide six (6) United Rotary Manufacturer Part Number #29-CPW265224 cassette refills. The following items shall be provided: United Rotary Cassette Poly/Wire Refills, Manufacturer Number #29-CPW265224, 56 pieces per box, Model: MB. Additional requirements include: 18 Foot Split core 46" OD, 28 rows per core, Bar Length: 26.5", Filament: Wire is .018" crimped galvanized wire; Co-poly is .070" x .085" poly, Bars: 112 Bars of co-poly filament and 112 bars of .018" galvanized steel filament, Tufts per bar: 15, Filament trim length: 12.75". The contractor shall deliver the equipment listed above or equivalent to Offutt AFB, 106 Peacekeeper Dr. Building 301. The contractor shall provide all manufacturer owner’s manuals for all equipment. Submit signed and dated offers to the Contracting Office specified above. Offers must include the solicitation number, offeror’s contact information, Unique Entity Identifier, information necessary to evaluate the factors described, responses to required provisions, a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all solicitation terms, one electronic copy of completed pricing in accordance with the CLIN structure, and a plan of no more than 5 pages describing how the offeror will meet the requirements, including all specifications of parts and equipment necessary for completion of the project.
