Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, this project is to repair by replacement existing concrete pavements, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Remove and replace base coarse to meeting existing grades and proper compaction. Replacement and repair of concrete furfaces will require repainting of pavement markings as needed. Additionally, there is a bid option for repairs to concrete spalling and cracking on the aircraft parking apron which will include the removal and resealing of joint lines.
