Establish a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to supply hardware and plumbing materials for facilities operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center over a five-year period. Purchases will be made through firm-fixed-price BPA call orders issued on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum quantity or call value. The total capacity shared among selected BPA holders will not exceed $12,000,000, and individual orders will remain within the simplified acquisition threshold. Multiple awards are anticipated, with approximately three to five vendors selected based on best value evaluation. The requirement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 332510, and vendors must maintain registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award and participation.
