Renovation of a municipal facility in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 00005093791 Scope of Work: 1. To Supply all labour and materials to complete work 2. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing cedar siding and installation of new metal siding. 3. Work Includes but is not limited to removal of steel paneling and installation of new horizontal metal siding. 4. Removal of existing ballast and insulation and the supply of new insulation, torch able substrate, two ply modified membrane and flashing. 5. Removal of obsolete HVAC equipment, including electrical and infilling of roof penetrations. 6. Removal of abandoned curbs, pitch pockets and other roof penetrations and infilling of removed items. 7.
