Work of this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the renovation of washrooms to create All Access Universal Washrooms, including small renovations of the existing such as walls, flooring, ceiling, mechanical and electrical, at PW2 & C0 (level 17), PW3 & C1 (level 20) and PW4 & C2 (level 24) of the Saint John Postal Station A and Annex building, located at 126 Prince William Street, Saint John, NB. Architectural work includes demolition, new partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, and washroom accessories. Mechanical work includes demolition, modifications to ventilation, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, sanitary and domestic water piping, and air balancing. Electrical work includes demolition, new lighting, fire alarm devices, emergency call systems, and electrical connections to mechanical and architectural equipment. Provide cutting and patching as required for access to complete work. Provide project closeout documentation including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and equipment data forms as indicated. Provide installation static and functional testing commissioning services and operator training as indicated in the specifications and commissioning forms.
