Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Blackfoot, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The work consists of the following improvements: building a new CMU well house, sitework, installation of a vertical turbine pump, a backup emergency generator, associated piping, stormwater drainage, electrical, HVAC, and all associated components and appurtenances in the construction of the Well House. BIDS should be addressed to CITY OF BLACKFOOT - OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK 157 N BROADWAY BLACKFOOT, ID 83221 or delivered in person to the same address. BIDS will be received until 2 PM Local Mountain Daylight Time on the bid opening date, and then publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter. A contract will be awarded or bids rejected within 60 days of the bid opening. Copies of the Contract Documents and Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of KELLER ASSOCIATES, INC., in either a pdf format on compact disc (CD) or as a Paper Document version. Bidders will be required to pay a nonrefundable cost of $100 for the Paper Document version or $50 for the CD version. Bid Documents can also be purchased electronically at www.kellerassociates.com via QuestCDN for $30.
