The Indian Valley Vocational Center ("IVVC") invites the submission of bids for the following projects: 310 Bender Concrete Presentation of the bid requires a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of proposal amount. In addition, a Performance Bond in the amount of the full proposal amount shall be required to be submitted by the successful Bidder. The IVVC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality, or irregularity in the bids received, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. All bids submitted must be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above. The IVVC further reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible Bidder whose offer best responds in quality, fitness, and capacity to the requirements of the proposed work and therefore is in the best interests of the IVVC. The project includes the excavating labor and material as set forth in the enclosed Specification to Bid and Blueprint; which generally consists of Concrete materials and labor for an 1835 sq ft residential home. Install stone, rebar, footings, walls and all other requirements per blueprint and local codes for the foundation. _ Damp proof exterior walls. _ Install garage floor, front and back porch, driveway and sidewalks per blueprint and local codes. _ On site inspection required prior to bid.
