Sewer separation project involving underground utility work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond. The improvements to be completed as part of this project are located on Jackson Avenue from Homestead Road to Barnsdale Road , Monroe Avenue from Forest Road to Barnsdale Road , and Homestead Road from Monroe Avenue to Jackson Avenue. The goal of the project is to install a separate storm sewer system for runoff. The scope of this contract's work includes the installation of box culverts for storage, new drainage structures, and new storm laterals and mains. There's also restoration to any curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, parkways, and roadway pavement as needed. This utilization plan includes a specific Business Enterprise Program ("BEP") utilization goal of 28 % based on the availability of certified vendors to perform the anticipated direct subcontracting opportunities of this plan Homestead Road - Monroe Avenue to Jackson Avenue: Approximately 600 feet of 48" RCP storm sewer pipe. Monroe Avenue - Forest Road to Barnsdale Road: Approximately 970 feet of 8'x8'x8'box culverts. Jackson Avenue - Homestead Road to Barnsdale Road : Approximately 390 feet of 48" RCP storm sewer pipe
