Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of MILL HALL BOROUGH, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Moreover, the CONTRACTOR shall strive to meet the MBE goal of 5% and the WBE goal of 3% for contracts of $25,000 or more. The Section 3 Action Plan applies to contracts of $100,000 or greater and requires the CONTRACTOR to strive to meet the minimum participation level of 10% of the contract amount to be awarded to Section 3 business concerns, and 30% of all new hires shall be Section 3 residents. The MILL HALL BOROUGH in accordance with its Section 3 Action Plan, may provide a bid preference to a bidder who is a Section 3 business concern. MBE/WBE and Section 3 business concerns shall be afforded full opportunity to bid without discrimination. Davis-Bacon and Related Acts apply to this Project. The MILL HALL BOROUGH reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. All questions must be answered, and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. A minimum of five (5) commercial pool projects of a similar nature constructed directly by the Contractor is required. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires.
