Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Whistler, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The RMOW is seeking qualified Bidders to replace flooring in the Meadow Park Sports Centre (MPSC) arena hallway from door to door including the thresholds of the changeroom doors. The Work is to be completed during the MPSC shutdown from August 31, 2026, until September 4, 2026. Approximate dimensions of the MPSC arena hallway, including thresholds of the changeroom doors, are 49.124 m x 2.0 m. The Successful Supplier will remove the existing flooring in the arena hallway and dispose of it in an environmentally safe and appropriate manner. Specifically, the Proponent will recycle materials where possible. The Successful Supplier will also be responsible for supplying new, durable, good quality rubber flooring in the MPSC arena hallway. The new rubber flooring must be a similar or the same colour as the existing flooring and must be 10 mm thick
