Renovation of a military facility in Curtis Bay, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Supply of 29 each 24V, 25A switch-mode, multi-stage automatic battery charger power supplies (P/N: MSM-25-24V-U1), manufactured by LaMarche Manufacturing Co., Inc., or an approved equal meeting all specified physical, functional, and performance characteristics. Each unit must be individually packaged in strict compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10 using appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 fiberboard boxes with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during handling and transport. Marking must conform to MIL-STD-129R requirements with barcoding in accordance with ISO/IEC 16388-2007 Code 39 symbology, ensuring visibility for materials handling. The requirement is for brand name or equal items, with evaluation based on lowest price technically acceptable, and requires full compliance with packaging, packing, marking, and barcoding standards to avoid rejection.
