Trail construction as shown in the construction plans at the intersection of Dodd Blvd & Carbury Way in Rosemount, Dakota, MN. The work includes tree cutting, pedestrian improvements, construction of trails and/or multipurpose trails, paving with asphalt or concrete, water main repair or replacement and rehabilitation, grubbing and clearing, grading, and surfacing. The scope of work is located in the NW quadrant of Dodd Boulevard & Carbury Way. Bidders must submit sealed unit price bids for both the sequence shown in the plans and the sequence shown in the bid alternative, as indicated in the bidding documents prepared by SRF Consulting Group, Inc. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid guaranty and must include all specified materials, products, and equipment. Requests for approvals of substitutions must be submitted in writing at least ten calendar days prior to the bid date. Contractors must provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
