The Project consists of 8-inch full-depth reclamation of approximately 334,260 square feet of the Decision Driving Skills Course existing main track bituminous pavement, 4-inch depth mill and overlay of approximately 90,900 square feet of the Course’s bituminous skid pad pavement, shoulder base aggregate fill using reclaim tailings, and site restoration.
