Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall consist of removing the existing bituminous parking lot to the subbase, regrade subbase to meet new elevations, aggregate base repair of any areas not passing a proof roll, and installation of new bituminous pavement, expansion of parking area with new full depth construction, installation of a new stormwater detention facility, and storm sewer. Pavement markings, signage and restoration are also included.
