USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, requires the preparation, shipment, and off-site disposal of 84 Supersacks of Chemguard 3% AFFF contaminated soil, located at the Coast Guard Fire Department, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Performance must be completed within 60 days after award. Offerors shall provide a technical capability section, with no more than 10 pages, that clearly describes their capability to perform the requirement. To be technically acceptable, offerors must demonstrate knowledge and experience of management/profiling, shipment preparation, transportation, final treatment, disposal, and/or recycling of hazardous waste within the State of Alaska, including working in remote areas of the state, and provide evidence of a valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) license(s) to manage hazardous materials. Offerors shall provide a firm-fixed price to perform the entire effort identified in the PWS. Evaluation criteria is best value, with technical expertise and experience in hazardous waste handling in Alaska more important than price. Quotes shall list two points of contact for the offeror, including name, phone number, and email address.
