Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Building renovation including complete shingle re-roofing with metal roof alternate, ceiling tile removal and replacement, insulation adjustments, minor building alterations, removal of existing HVAC system, ductwork and controls, installation of new heat pump VRF type HVAC system, new ductwork and diffusers, energy recovery make up air units, new building controls, and electrical work to support the new HVAC system. Question Deadline 07/15/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Architect/Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bonds: Certified Check required, 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
