Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids are requested for the Development of Sadie Ridge Park. Lump sum bid proposals are to be received at the designated time and place, and will be publicly opened. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash equal to 10 percent of the base bid must be submitted. Bids should be in an opaque sealed envelope addressed as instructed. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive irregularities or informalities, and to award in the best interest of the Park District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois laws regarding prevailing wages and statutory labor requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
