The Entire Work Area is Approximately 24' X 16' and is Part of an Existing Building Constructed With Cmu Block Exterior Walls, a Wooden Shingled Roof and a Concrete Floor. The Building is Located at Memorial Field in Abington, Ma, Which Has an Entrance Gate on Ralph Hamlin Lane (Off Washington Street). a Performance Bond in an Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Total Amount of the Contract Price With a Surety Company Qualified to Do Business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract, as Well as a Labor and Materials Bond in an Amount Equal to 100 Percent of the Total Contract Price. Selection of the Contractor Will Be Based Upon Bidder Qualifications, Including Evidence of Past Performance in Similar Projects, and Bid Price.
