The Community Development Department ("the Department") of the City of Whitewater is responsible for guiding development and redevelopment work within the community, as well as Zoning and Code Enforcement. The Department is soliciting proposals for On-Demand Mowing and Snow Removal in the City of Whitewater, Walworth County, Wisconsin (the "Project"). The Project and the selected proposal are designed to provide On-Demand Mowing and Snow Removal of private properties within the City limits. The selected contractor(s) will provide mowing, vegetation management, and snow and ice removal services on an as-needed basis for private properties located within the City limits. Services will be initiated by the City following enforcement actions and in accordance with applicable municipal ordinances. Work may include, but is not limited to: o Mowing and trimming overgrown grass, weeds, and vegetation. o Removal and disposal of vegetative debris generated during mowing operations. o Snow and ice removal from sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and other locations as directed by the City. o Application of de-icing materials when authorized by the City. o Documentation of completed work, including photographs before and after service.
