SECTION 3 (Project ID No. C08254) Construction of a bituminous pavement overlay including milling the existing pavement on Provincial Trunk Highway 21, from Provincial Access 670 to Provincial Trunk Highway 16, for a total construction distance of approximately 0.9km, in the Municipality of Yellowhead.
