Work under the base bid includes installation of a penetrating sealer to existing masonry, an elastomeric coating to existing stucco, and miscellaneous sealant installation at Brevard City Hall. Alternates include extending the scope of work to the fire department addition to the original city hall building, and cleaning of existing casement windows Purpose Of Work: A. BASE Bid: City Hall Main Building 1. Installation Of Penetrating Sealer At Masonry (Approx 5,500 Sf). 2. Installation Of Elastomeric Coating At Existing Aggregate Surfaced Stucco Areas (Approx 1,600 Sf). 3. Replacement Of Stucco Panels At Bump Outs (Approx 150 Sf). 4. Sealant Installation At Window/Stucco Bays (Approx 895 Lf). B. Alternate 1: Fire Department Addition 1. Installation Of Penetrating Sealer At Masonry (Approx 3,500 Sf) . 2. Installation Of Elastomeric Coating At Existing Aggregate Surfaced Stucco Areas (Approx 475 Sf). 3. Sealant Installation At Window/Aggregate Surfaced Stucco Areas (Approx 75 Lf). B. Alternate 2: Casement Window Cleaning 1. Cleaning Of All Casement Windows As Well As Cleaning/Reassembly Of Hinge Track (Qty: 55).
