The Mt. San Antonio Community College District is soliciting proposals for the furnishing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a temporary tension fabric tent structure to support District operations and program activities. The required structure is a 25-meter by 30-meter by 4-meter clear-span tent system, with an additional 25-meter by 5-meter white mid-kit A-frame gable section. The framework must be constructed of hard-pressed extruded structural aluminum alloy with hinged (pivot) baseplates at all vertical supports, and must include all necessary roof and sidewall stabilization bracing for a complete, code-compliant installation. The roof and sidewall materials must be double-coated blackout white PVC polyester fabric (minimum weight 850 g/m), waterproof, ripstop treated, ultraviolet and corrosion resistant. Sidewall specifications are solid white PVC-coated fabric for long sides, and solid white PVC-coated curtain panels for short ends. The tent must be securely anchored at all baseplate points with 42-inch industrial-grade galvanized double-head earth stakes. The structure must be engineered to withstand wind speeds from 100 km/h to 140 km/h and maintain integrity in temperatures from -30C to +70C. Proposals must include all associated labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals for a complete installation. In addition, proposers must provide a separate line-item cost for one-time future disassembly and storage of all tent components in a District-owned container. A turnkey solution that is durable, weather-resistant, and safe is required, meeting all the outlined performance specifications.
