The City of Lake Oswego is requesting proposals to provide Owner's Representative Services related to planning for, and potential design and construction of, a new library. Interested proposers must attend one mandatory pre-proposal conference held in person at the Lake Oswego Public Library Meeting Room. The contract documents may be reviewed electronically by creating an account and joining the Planholder List at the City of Lake Oswego's bid website, or in person at Lake Oswego City Hall during open hours. Any amendments to the RFP will be made in writing and issued to all registered recipients. The RFP holders list will be updated daily on the website. Proposals must be submitted as four hard copies and an electronic copy on a flash drive to the Library Director, City of Lake Oswego, at the specified address, and must be received before the proposal closing time. Proposers may verify receipt by phone. Proposals submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals early. Any questions regarding the RFP documents should be submitted via email by the stated deadline. Questions about meaning or intent of the RFP Documents shall be submitted via email by 4:30 p.m. PST, Tuesday, July 21, to Melissa Kelly, Library Director at kelly@lakeoswego.city
