For furnishing the 2026 Annual Sidewalk Program. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids if they are not in the best interest of the Village. The Inc. Village of Lynbrook intends to enter into this contract with a duly qualified sidewalk contractor for removal and/or constructing concrete curb, sidewalk, driveway aprons and pedestrian ramps at various locations within the Village and at various times during the term of the contract.
