Public Water Improvements-Booster Station work including categories such as Jack & Bore-Sewer Water Utility Construction, Water Utilities, Water Storage Tank, Water Main (Repair Replace) Rehabilitation, Water Diversion Structure, Culinary Water Improvements, and Waterlines. The work shall be done in accordance with specifications and plans on file at the Owner's office. Each bidder shall accompany their original bid with a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent of the amount bid as a guarantee of ability to perform the contract and that they will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform the work and furnish said materials in accordance with the plans and specifications and furnish the required bonds within ten days after acceptance of the bid. Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Engineer will be required. A Maintenance Bond guaranteeing the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one year after acceptance of the work will be required.
