Site work for a water / sewer project in Morrison, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Public Water Improvements-Booster Station work including categories such as Jack & Bore-Sewer Water Utility Construction, Water Utilities, Water Storage Tank, Water Main (Repair Replace) Rehabilitation, Water Diversion Structure, Culinary Water Improvements, and Waterlines. The work shall be done in accordance with specifications and plans on file at the Owner's office. Each bidder shall accompany their original bid with a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent of the amount bid as a guarantee of ability to perform the contract and that they will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform the work and furnish said materials in accordance with the plans and specifications and furnish the required bonds within ten days after acceptance of the bid. Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Engineer will be required. A Maintenance Bond guaranteeing the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one year after acceptance of the work will be required. All bidders must comply with Equal Opportunity in Employment, the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Department of Environmental Quality Small, Minority, Women's Businesses Requirements, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standards Act, Davis Bacon Act wage rules, American Iron and Steel provisions, Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act requirements, and System for Award Management (SAM) registration requirements. Each bidder shall accompany their bid with a DW-412 Noncollusion Affidavit and a DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit in writing displaying compliance with bidding requirements and non-collusion conditions. Each bid must remain on file at least forty-eight hours after bid opening before a contract is entered into. Bidders must not submit bids more than ninety-six hours prior to bid opening. Bidding documents can be viewed at no cost and purchased online. Plan holders receive automatic notice of addenda and bid updates. The project is funded by a loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board through the Department of Environmental Quality Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and is subject to related requirements and provisions, including the American Iron and Steel and Build America, Buy America Acts. SAM registration with a Unique Entity Identification number is required for all entities engaging in the contract process for the project. Pre-qualification: Required Question Deadline 07/16/2026 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids.
