Renovation of an office development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 59,474-square-foot office development.
Removal and disposal of the existing mechanically fastened roofing system, insulation, and vapor barrier down to the structural deck. Installation of approximately 59,474 SF of new roofing system, which includes a self-adhering vapor barrier, two layers of polyiso insulation, HD cover board, and an 80 mil TPO membrane with a 30-year warranty. New heat trace and roof drain replacement as indicated in the Construction Documents. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional ( architect or engineer ) no less than ten ( 10 ) calendar days before bids are due.
