Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Dixon, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The scope of work provides for removal of the existing concrete stairs, ramp and metal railings and installing new code compliant stairs and railings at four buildings. It also includes any additional pavement at landings to make the stairs and ramps, code compliant. Mode Architects was selected under IDIQ to provide an assessment on the stairs at Dixon Correctional Center. CDB wishes to continue with their design services to complete the removal and installation of the code compliant stairs and railings.
